City of Follansbee – 10/31/19 – 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Town of Bethany – 10/31/19 – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Village of Beech Bottom – 10/31/19 – 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Communities in Brooke County that are not in any city limits will observe Trick or Treat – 10/31/19 – 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
The Village of Beech Bottom will be offering Hot Dogs, Hot Chocolate, and Coffee at the Beech Bottom VFD.
The Brooke County Sheriff will be x-raying candy on 10/31/19 from 6pm to 10pm at the Brooke County Courthouse. They will also be x-raying candy on 11/1/19 from 9pm to 5pm.
