The Sheriff of Brooke County is seeking applicants for the position of full time tax deputy. Responsibilities include collection of taxes, DMV renewal and concealed weapon application fees. Daily reconciliation is required. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and remain composed when addressing concerns from customers. Applications may be obtained from the courthouse in the Sheriff’s Office from 9 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday.
