3. NATURE OF PROBLEM
4. IMPORTANT: CALL 9-1-1 FIRST in all emergency situations.

WHAT THE 9-1-1 OPERATOR WILL TELL YOU TO DO:
1. STAY ON THE TELEPHONE - DO NOT HANG UP:
2. Speak Clearly and provide all information that you are able to provide.

DO NOT CALL 9-1-1 for:
1. Road/Travel and Severe Weather Information, Repair for your Household Appliances, your Car etc.
2. Complaints of Excessive Noise, Littering, Pet problems, Legal Advice etc.
3. Electric, Gas or Water outage information.
